TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) SERVICE taking party can book appointment via call or whatsapp no while booking appointment customer has to pay visit charges in advance by online or near by outlet .IF VCARE services fails to give service amount will be refended to customers.
2) AFTER booking your appointment our service person will attend your location on given time. If some changes is there schedule our team will inform you before some hour .
3) ONCE Service taking party is registered the appointment for any selected service if party want to change the schedule it will be possible . But before service giving person comes to your location .
4) IF appointment is fixed and technician / service person is attending the complain and service taking party is not ready to take service no visit charges amount will be refunded .
5) Code NO will be provided to party after fixing the appointment same code NO will be with handyman / service person / inspection person at the time of visit to your location
6) Please ask HANDYMAN / service person / INSPECTION person to show his ID CARD & CODE NO which is provided by office if it's same then only you can give permission to complete the work . If HANDYMAN / service person / INSPECTION person is not showing the ID CARD & CODE NO don't allow HANDYMAN/ SERVICE PERSON /INSPECTION person to work It may be RISKY pls contact VCARE services.
7) WHILE REPARING / CHECKING / OPENING OF appliances set is dead OR BROKEN while opening appliances by some issue handyman will not be responsible
08) AFTER fixing your break down iteam or taking any service from VCARE services please check your work is done properly .
09) After completing the work our technician or service person will give a form to take confirmation of work he will collect only form with him . after submitting the form at VCARE office inspection team will collect the remaing amount .
10) BEFORE starting the work our handy person will give you cotation of work 60% AMOUNT has to pay in advance before starting work . customer can pay by online or near by OUTLET Dont pay any advance amount to handyman / SERVICE PERSON HAND IF THE service taking party is paying amount direct to service person or technician with out informing VCARE service will not be responsible for your amount .
11) After closing your complain If some issue in your repair iteams for which CUSTOMER register complain VCARE services. with in 48 hours of service for same issue no service charge will be charged our handywill give you free visit.
12) IF any other issue either than first issue for solving the new issue service taking party has to pay charges of VCARE services.
13) IF handyman / SERVICE PERSON / inspection member misbehave with service taking party inform to service provider office.
14) Any of our handyman / SERVICE PERSON is completing any work with out informing service provider and after some days works fails in that case VCARE service provider will not be responsible .
